Ongoing Skills Development

The movement highly values the training and professional development of all its leaders and ministers. Community standards have so altered that it is considered best practice for all professions to undergo regular training, personal development and reskilling of its members. We deliver this via:

1. Regular LIFT meetings, conferences, and other workshps
2. Probationary ministers must complete a prescribed pathway of development beyond simple study and localised service.
3. Ongoing development through professional and academic courses offered by Harvest West and other colleges.

Our Commitment

The State Executive are firmly committed to the raising up of leaders and pastors in Western Australia. The PMC training course is a key part of our strategy to assist our developing ministers to reach their absolute full potential in ministry. Consequently, we urge and encourage all PMC holders to enthusiastically attend all PMC training courses.
